Client has been advised to complete a statement of purpose to enable projection of expenditures which will be used alongside the pricing structure obtained from the Local authority to produce a 3 Year Financial projection,

Client to look at the Business plan checklist sent to them as a yardstick to present a viable business plan which is scheduled to discuss the next consultation.

PHASE 4

Documents Review

 

 

During this session, we will go through the business plan. Statement of purpose can be used a marketing tool to the Local authority to demonstration Aims and Objectives of the Business. Service to be provided, how to be provided and the service user Band.

Compliance documentation

 

The process will include the compliance and the property compatibility in line with the Health and Social care.

Local Risk Assessments

 

During session we will identify the Local risks and procedures for your area: Eg Environmental Factor, 

Safeguarding factors Connection with Statutory services eg Local Authorities, Police, Children safeguarding Team. Connection with Non-Statutory Services, eg Parents, Advocacy, Library etc Diversity, culture needs, Disability Needs
